Trii (Tao Rho Iota Iota) is a young 17,000 year-old star and the titular character of the story, Trii the Star. He comes from a race of living stars and other celestial beings that thrive amidst a gigantic, metropolis-like galaxy located in the farthest reaches of the universe. He has a very carefree, happy-go-lucky attitude, mixed in with a slight bit of brutal honesty, especially when it comes to judging people based on appearance and personality. Since he comes from a race that has existed since near the beginning of time, and had to spend most of his years in loneliness, his view on manners are a bit askew. Although he may seem like a jerk on the outside, he means well, and would gladly protect the ones he loves at all costs.

How, you may ask? Trii has a special ability that allows him to fold his face into many shapes and forms like a piece of origami paper. He can transform into various weapons or tools such as a sword, shield, hang glider, or even a catapult! He has a lot to learn before mastering this ability, though, and luckily, when he crash lands on an earth-like planet known as Threa, he'll have friends and his parents' books to guide him along the way as he goes on an adventure to stop a ruthless dictator and his plan to erase all life on the planet to reshape the world in his image!
