While talking on Discord it was decided that BW2 Galvatron would absolutely adopt and care for EVERY single Starscream and protect them from their respective Megatrons while treating them with the same care and respect he does his own Starscream.

(And because this was asked, like, twice on Tumblr, yes the dark one at the back of the line IS the movie/bayverse Starscream, no he's not sick, just hunched over being careful and a touch suspicious of the others.)
