Due to circumstances beyond our control, it has seemed that NESS would have been unable to create a Halloween-themed picture this year. Fortunately, with the assistance of a dinosaur that seems to show up only on full moons, the folks at Applied Synergetics have managed to come up with a solution to this unfortunate dilemma.
