She's so very adorable. I like how added your own flair to the pokemon features. The colors work really well together, especially with that purple against the fairly desaturated cream color.
Quick question, did you run out of space at the top?
Always make sure you have enough space for your whole drawing, especially on ref sheets. It's hard to tell what the top of her head looks like from this. Conveniently most digital programs offer you the ability to move and shrink drawings (I don't know what program you use, so maybe that is not an option in yours?)- but it doesn't hurt to start with a gesture sketch just to be sure your figure fits in the space. :)
