Anyone who's followed my work or watched my streams for any amount of time will likely know that I'm a huge fan of the Metal Slug series.

A while back, I noted the idea of drawing my OCs as members of the game's crew, and here they are; just a quick little project to fill in some time and keeping myself in practice while feeling low on motivation between things.

Choco always looks like a different character without glasses on and I love Ruby's glee at wielding her massive-ass handcannon. It was also super fun to dust off Isaac and Yas again after a longish hiatus from drawing them. I made this back in early December, which is why Chocolate looks male - might keep that option open for myself in future anyway; who knows.
