Xena and Zeta were originally meant to be a D&D character that I was going to play. She was supposed to be a Ranger/Rogue and I put a lot into her story. Which made me love her lots. Unfortunately we didn't get to play the game but I love her too much, so she stays. Now I'm thinking of how I can make Xena her own story with what I already had ready for her. I haven't too much but I can give you a little of what I do have.

Xena is from a clan of Drake Wardens. It is customary for young Owlets to bond with a Drake to become a Drake Warden. However for some reason Xena was unable to bond with any of the drakes in her village. Saddened by this, she felt like she needed to find out why she couldn't bond with a drake. She found it necessary to leave in order to get more life experience and learn about herself. One of her adventures, led her to finding an Ancient Dragon God Idol, one night, she decided to pray to it, asking to hopefully bond with a drake of her own, and on that night, as she slept, her prayers were answered, by an Eldrich Draconic Being. This being was bored, and decided to see who it was that had called him after so long. Finding her interesting, he chose to take the form of the thing she wanted. When she woke up, she was greeted by the drake "Xyzaltyl", which she couldn't properly understand, so she calls him Zeta, and thus they now travel together.
