Bleu is FonxBlue helpful npc villager that he had in mind. His helpful ability is to help the player determine the weather if you paid him a fee. Bleu is also similar to Redd in a sense that he might give you some fake product as well. Bleu tries to warm up to the players by mystifying them, he often carries pocket confetti to throw every now a then. Bleu was fun to design and I quite like how he came out. Enjoy!
