I wanted to see how far along I've come as an artist up to this point. I took my very first Chase drawing, redid it, and put the two side-by-side for comparison. The improved techniques and the better tools seem to be paying off. What do you think? I still feel like I've got a long way to go so criticism is more than welcome. Go easy on me a little though, ok?

I noticed I made the head too small after I finished, and I really need to learn the right proportions. Thanks for your input!

Looks a lot better! Proportion wise, I would go with a little larger head. Also, check the shape of his right arm. The bicep is not usually larger than the shoulder. You might try adding some shading, shadows, and highlights.. I think it would really make this come to life. Hope that helps!
