I want to make a thing about different subspecies of Kobolds... some that like the caves, wile others are more like prairie dogs or something. They have "subspecies" of elves, hobbits, and the such. WHY NYOT KOBOLDS.

Kobolds tend to be separated into groups by color, from what I see, but not much else. This is a shame, as I feel blue kobolds, being more aquatically inclined, should have webbed fingers and toes or paddle-tails, etc etc

Funny thing about kobolds, they tend to be interpreted in many different ways. I even seen them as dog-like things, or even a mix in between tiny elf and goblin. So yeah different kobolds is definitely possible.

I like to see more variants, like how there is with elves and humans (and so on) but you see the most with elves. I figure with different climates, and different traits, kobolds would come in all shapes and sizes, depending on where they are. Like, mountain ones might be a little more stout, wile field and wandering ones are a bit more lanky. SHRUGS Maybe someday I'll doodle a thing.

Some live on the shore fishing and swimming etc(unless yarrrr pirates)? It's an interesting concept with certainly many options for variation between them.
