This is a resurrected character from long ago that I used to draw often, only now she finally has a name--Moxie. In college she was used in a Adobe Premiere animation project. I found her to be very spunky and a risk taker because she rollerskates, often attached to the back of someone's car with one of her wrist gauntlet ropes.
