(from last month oops)

I started reading Unnatural Creatures and Neil Gaiman's story “Sunbird” put phoenixes on my mind. This is not his phoenix, but its a phoenix nonetheless. I've been feeling stagnant and uninspired lately so this helped a little. Reading also helps. Over the past four years (college hurrhurr) I got so used to not having time to invest into reading that I often forget it's an option and a great source of inspiration.
