He's gone and eaten himself into a little frenzy. Numerous days of overindulgence and non-satisfaction leads to a semi-mindless food vacuum machine. On the inside, he's become overburdened with nutrient sludge to the point where he's extremely sluggish, his arms hang heavily at his sides, and high pressures in his stomach are causing him to drool his digestive sludge.

Multiple stories tall and a beyond measurable weight leave him to do nothing more than shout and roar for someone to continue adding to his mass. He'll tire himself out eventually and sleep it off with a several day nap.
