gosh so pretty! i love the fabric, and those paws are fantastic- good subtle addition of tension. something thing you could play with in future work is eye wrinkles: i feel like adding some would make him look even more emotional. i really love the sword (specially that little chunk missing), and the little flecks in the fur, and just everything tbh lol

Things about this that rule:
The crouched-yet-superdynamic action pose.
The black halo around the head, and especially the glint off said halo. Striking!
Everything about the face, eyes, and facial expression (rage, desperation) is executed fantastically. This is a mongoose that has literally nothing left to lose....
Especially love the gnarly details of those teeny tiny, skinny, bony little mongoose feet.
