Gemma had always enjoyed both the summer and the winter, and when she got the time off work, she would take an opportunity to indulge in them both, whether it involved basking in the hot sun or curling up next to a warm fire. In her mind, it wasn’t just the temperature outside that conveyed the day’s mood. Rather, she believed it was also the atmosphere around, and while certain weathers connected with certain scenarios, there were always exceptions to these rules. Rain didn’t always have to mean loneliness, just as a hot summer’s day didn’t always have to mean the very best things. These and so much more were what she thought of any time she picked up her pen to write her literature, and she knew that for someone who took on her ventures, the world was full of potential ideas no matter where one looked.

She loved relaxing on beaches, she knew that, and as she reached the Hafna City beach, she was ready to take in as much of the sunshine as she could. She stripped down until only her panties and her bra remained, and laid out her towel and set up her umbrella. She hadn’t even interacted with anyone on the beach yet, and already ideas were starting to form in her mind. But before she could allow them to take their marks, she received a message from a friend who lived on the south coastline of South Triston. Much to her delight, an anime convention was due to take place near the border between North and South Triston in only a month's time. Letting out a meow in delight, Gemma frantically texted back, wanting to know more. What ideas she could draw from this, it sent her mind in a spin.

This magnificent picture of my new main Fursona Gemma comes from none other than Disco-Demon, a dear friend of mine I’ve known for six and a half years. We envy each other’s abilities, and from the look of this picture, it’s not very hard to see why I wish I could draw half as well as she can. If Gemma could see this picture now, she’d be purring. ^^
