So yeah, remember when I said Adele was fond of using sneak attacks? It involves conning people out of deals and using explosives to enforce her terms. It's still a sneak attack if no one's around to see who did it.
This is turning out to be a complete 180 of what she used to be. But you know what, I like this manipulative and psychopathic maid personality better than her old one.

Well, they're all mixed bags who are stuck together because the rest of the world kind of sucks. One's tough and noble and formerly a part of a now defunct resistance, another's quick and agile and running away from arranged marriage, and last one's a bookworm who has nothing better to do with her time.

Crapload of layers. It gets messy but it makes shading easier.

I have never tried to color a traditional piece, so I was wondering about getting the source material ready for digital work. The rest I can imagine what it is like.

Oh, I'd just set the traditional sketch layer to Multiply and then apply colors in another layer beneath it. It's not perfect, but it's simple.

Well, if you want to go down the fancy route you can try this method if you have Photoshop and want to have something other than black lineart.
