This is pretty...I like the shading on the white parts!

The shading and lighting are inconsistent. Some areas are shaded with a top left light source, some top right and the eyes have highlights suggesting three light sources.
The clothing seems to have been vacume formed to the body in order to allow the artist to draw under-boob instead of allowing that fabric very rarely naturally tucks upwards under someone's breasts.
The anatomy is poor with a nose that very obviously left of center, the eyes are lacking pupils and no attempt to portray a rib cage's natural curves has been made - Also the arms appear to be featureless straight cylinders placed behind the skirt.
It's clear that a lot of the line art has been copied and flipped horizontally in an extremely lazy manner, as has some of the shading, which is half hearted - there's no attempt to portray depth or dimensionality or account for lighting direction, light colour or surface texture.
