We found another baby seagull and I got to hold it.
So we now have 3 baby seagulls, but Mike and Sully are a lot older than this one and Sully attacked it, so we have to keep them separate until we figure out what to do with it. I'm guessing this one hatched a lot later than the rest, so its really really small and fluffy still.
