Ability: Frantic (raises attack but lowers accuracy as damage is taken)

The Qwa is an Air-type Fixl, encompassing birds and other aerial or flying creatures. It’s easily panicked, spending most of its time in frantic motion, but a trainer’s careful guidance can channel that energy to productive ends. A Qwa can be upgraded into two alternate forms that make even better use of its energy, but those will be covered later.
