I haven't been uploading as much here because I have some projects I'm working on that I can't unveil just yet. I still do occasional other stuff, though, like this dragon kid in a sailor-ish getup. I'm not sure if the character's male or female, but s/he might not be sure either, and might just have "dragon" as a gender. The outfit wasn't originally meant to be a sailor's; it's based on an old woodcut of two mathematicians, one using an abacus-like counting board and one using numerals and a pen. The flared trousers, though, pushed it over the edge, and so I figure that this kid is both nautical and mathematical - a novice navigator, learning how to guide craft across the sea armed with a sextant and a big cabinet of maps.
