Some vent art to ring in the new year and touch on some frustrations I’ve had with myself over the past few months. I’ve been holding myself back, almost unknowingly, refusing to move forward in my life. I need to stop letting myself down, stop letting me ignore myself.
This is a reminder to myself that I really need to take to heart these feelings and do something about it.

Well, I must say that you listen to an amazing band, Foo Fighters have been one of my favorite bands in my alternative collection. They have a wide range of moods in each song, from "Learn To Fly" to "Everlong". And in times of hardship, some of us artists turn to music, yet anouther form of vocal artistry. We look towards these songs to express our feelings in song, and sometimes to boost us up when we're down.
I dunno if it picks ya up, or if it helps ya release a bit of stress, but music is timeless, and we shouldn't take it for granted, unlike how younger generations treat the music of today that ends up old before it's had a chance to grow. You do inspire me a lot bud, with your art, tanks and your stories. Keep your chin up, and we'll all make it through together. :3
