Here's the model I promised as part of my birthday giveaway stuff! ^^ I did Paupe ( https://inkbunny.net/AvaBun ) in a similar style to Moska from before. :> This time I took the time to learn how to use Blender and I gave him the Second Life treatment. So now I've proven I CAN make my models work as SL avatars. ^^ Though... the realistic style is totally pervasive in SL. It's really hard to make something stylized that doesn't act more like a fursuit than an avatar.

I have a question about the eyes. It almost looks as if the iris and pupil are flat textures; other than that, how do you get them to move around inside the socket like that?
They're actually huge spheres! x3 They're so big they come pretty close to sticking out of his head. :P
It's possible to do this with a flat texture, if you can separate the eye from everything else as a different material. You should be able to use animate the texture's offset to make his eye move around. It's a bit of a process to set it up, though!
