Ah! This is simply beautiful! I really enjoy the intensity of it all, heavy black with slight differences in color hue to make just the right amount of POP!
Now is the creature suppose to be coming from the wall, the hallway..? Throws off the sense of the kid in the corner without any indication of where they are (like the corner of his bedroom monster from the hallway outside, under his bed, the bathroom, or from the closet) it skews the perspective in my opinion.
