Does this Dragon smell like Chloroform to you?

This turned out better than I could have hoped for! Especially since it was done just using my own text descriptions. I did want to have a hazard mark on his left eye. However, the mark on his neck is a neat alternative in this case! =)

Backstory: Chloroform was created when Cobalt was captured by the mad alien scientist, Crimes! His roles include being a body guard as well as a henchman, instructed to capture more "volunteers" for Crimes' experiments. Turning them into various "Hazards". He is able to spit a sticky substance to trap his targets in. He can also emit a chloroform gas from his wings to knock them out for easier transport back to the lab. He can also shift from feral to anthro form as the situation requires.

Side note: I might look into doing a digital tracing of this image and try my luck at making my own eye mark for him.
