A Little Wattlebird, Anthochaera chrysoptera, in the middle of a calling pose.
Wattlebirds are large honeyeaters, with the Little Wattlebird being the smallest of Australia's four wattlebird species. Interestingly enough, two of the four species (including this one), lack the namesake wattles which are present on the sides of the face in the other two species.
