Tight clothing

Axial

So im not a woman, but from what ive seen, womens clothing seems like it would be really uncomfortable.

Like bras or like really thin underwears, or heels/ shoes and it always seems to be like super tight to the point it would rub away at your skin if you moved to much... they dont seem to conform to the persons bodyshape and try and expose as much skin as possible. Am I just stereotyping or is that the way it seems to be, I dunno It just seems like there isnt/ very little womens clothing that would look comfortable... If you have experience with this then by all means feel free to put your two cents in as im... mostly clueless with this sort of thing...

Cheers

It's not just that--it's also shirts and pants, too. (I'm female.) Shirts now have this "hourglass figure", which is clearly made for a Barbie-bodyshape. It's clear that men probably designed women's clothing, because a real, NORMAL woman wouldn't have designed shirts and pants so uncomfortably. :< Also, for some reason, women's pants no longer contain REAL pockets--they have these fake pocket things--WHYYYYYYYYYY?!

This is why I mostly buy men's shirts anymore....... XD

To be honest I cannot name a single female clothes designer, they all seem to be guys, and how the heck can a guy design clothes for a woman when they are so physically different?

Additionally every woman has a different bodyshape themselves and with different perportions, we are all of different sizes and they should be able to have clothes that conform to the wearer, rather than the wearer having to conform to the clothes...

Wait, womens pants dont come with pockets??? eh?? Where ya supposed to put things?? Thats so stupid!, Everyone needs pockets! I dont blame ya for getting mens clothes, from what I read up they seem to be more durable as well...

Nor I. I tell you that pants, whether jeans or nicer pants, are always the hardest........they don't make things for people who are short anymore. The "petite" or "short" pants of various sizes are still really long, I am just a little over 5-feet. I suppose every woman is expected to be 5'5" or taller. :< It never matters if I find the right size for the waist, I still have to roll up the bottoms a couple inches. I'm not sure what the designers consider "average size" for women, but they never make things that are geared for women below the "average size" that's for sure.......everything's designed around this magical "average size". @_@ They force you to shop at places online where you can't even see product before buying it, sadly......

You know, I suppose this is why Jeggings and odd little fashion new things have become popular--I suppose that's why people wear pajama pants in public? XD They are wearing the only comfortable things they can, since general clothing ISN'T comfortable!

Yeah, most women's pants, especially jeans, no longer have front pockets (only back pockets)--they have these fancy sewed patterns that LOOK like pockets, but aren't really pockets at all. :< Oddly enough, the pair of pajama pants I bought recently have pockets..........WHAT'S WITH THAT?! I can't have pockets in a pair of jeans, but I can have pockets in PAJAMAS?! XD

eh??? there needs to be more options available for womens clothing for sure!

I dont blame em, clothes should be comfortable, women go through enough grief through their lives (a certain evolutionary caviat that happens once a month or so, im sure ya know what that is) and having to put up with unfavourable male characters that uhh cant restrain themselves... clothes shouldn't be on that list of problems hhh

Im always using my pockets, id be tempted to put my own in them xD its so strange

            For sure!

I think the world has gone the way of "too generic" and they've decided "average humans" are a certain size, so that's the only size they should carry in bulk. Too large or too small, you don't get to see much of that in stores--unless you go to a specialty shop.

Personally, I think pockets are a necessity--and, unless it's a fancy party dress, all women's clothing should have pockets! XD
