A quick shadeysketch I did a few years ago of my old D&D character. When I started playing him, I told the DM "I don't really have any backstory for Varg other than that he was abandoned as a baby and his current tribe took him in." Said DM made up an awesome storyline wherein Varg is the rightful heir to a barbarian throne that his half-brother has stolen from him. Some time ago ago this loooong story arc finally reached its conclusion when Varg confronted his half-brother and killed him, reclaiming his rightful place. Alas, his new powers and whatnot have elevated him to semi-NPC status.
