Soul Eaters Info Sheet

Species modeled on an Anteater, Octopus and demon.

Soul Eaters are invisible creatures that hunger for human souls every hundred years. The tips of their tails are sharp like knives for self defense or killing prey.

They have octopus like tentacles which they use to immobilize their prey while they feed on their fear. When they are done savoring and playing with their victim, they stick their snout into the prey's mouth or ear and suck out their soul.

When Soul Eaters come of age they are given the chance to choose a weapon to fill the hole in their tail, or more decorative jewelry. If jewelry is chosen, they tend to decorate the pieces with complementary gems marking the number of souls devoured.

Gender difference are mainly wings. Males have bat wings and females have feathery wings.

Colors are opalescent/prismatic/pearly when visible, with varying shades of cool colors (purple, blue, green etc)
