Colors! More colors! All the colors! It is an amazing piece of Art. Very impressive (and I'm not quite sure if "spew" is the right tag for something like that. ;) )
May I ask how you did those accidently-dropped-looking spots? I sure know how to do these with traditional media but I can't really imagine that holding a toothbrush in front of your tablet pen would have the same effect.. ^^-
(Or coloring the toothbrush with the pen and then waving it around...)

Thank you very much! <3 I used splatter Photoshop brushes for the brush AND eraser tools (I can't remember where I got them though >.<), and there are two overlaid textures that also look like paint. I wish I could use my toothbrush for digital art, haha! Thanks again for the nice comment. ^^
