A character that I received from penni-chan69 a while back when she was having Halloween specials on adopts. I really liked the design of the witch dragon and liked the potential ideas that come from what she's capable of. I actually purchased her alongside another character that I immediately imagined a headcanon for.

This dragon is known for making potions, and whatnot and testing spells. Sometimes she has an assistant who she has help her out with these different potions and spells.
