Blair is a shyl, timid, introverted mage, once completely spectral like other ghosts. However, he decided he wanted to have a more corporeal body, and conducted a complex alchemical experiment to achieve this. The experiment was flawed, however, and he ended up becoming hollow and rubbery, a balloonie. This only compounded his shyness, making it hard for him to even hold normal conversations. However, with his new body, he has gained a secret love of inflation and balloons, and has even developed magics around these subjects.
