So, I decided to quit smoking. Yesterday was my first day and I've been using the lozenges. Impressively they work so well that I feel like I've never smoked at all in my live and all that remains is the mental desire to do the motion of smoking. I'm not as emotional or craving as I thought I would be and I'm pretty sure it's the lozenges.

I'm going through the program kick-buts. (As in "No more buts!") Which is a really neat program. So here is a picture of one of my many "Me" climbing to the treetops and yelling at the top of her lungs "Tobacco we are through!"
