Redesign of an OOOOOLD cat character named Slater. He hasn't been redesigned that much. All I added was a band aid on his nose and changed his bat to metal :3

I changed his backstory completely. Originally he was suppose to have escaped from an asylum, but I scrapped that idea since bleh. Now he's a dangerous experiment that escaped a secret science lab. He's running a muck in the city, causing trouble and getting into fights.

I'll be uploading his 'monster form' sometime soon. I already doodled what he'd look like. He isn't just some cute cat boy experiment! Also, his story will be gore related. So don't expect sunshine and lollipops from this guy :V
