One fresh from winning yet another foot race with Superman and the other just running around; the Flash, Fastest Man Alive and Makkari the Eternal meet. Who knows why these two have met here. Perhaps it is to chase down Prof. Zoom or some other nitwit. Maybe they just wanna see who's faster.

I've been wanting to draw Makkari for a while, so I figured why not pair him with Flash? I know most probably would've paired the Scarlet Speedster with Quicksilver, which is why I didn't. Also, I threw in some elements from the new Flash TV series' costume. Because, hey, it's awesome.
