Ah my gosh I won ;u; It's official then, her name is now Iris~ Pfff now just to wait for my wrist to get better so I can get to finishing all the chibis I have sketched of all my other adopts as well XD

MORE RAINBOWS! :"D haha ok no more rainbows for a while I don't think I could shade another one of these without keeling over XD That said even if it was tiring it was lots of fun blending so many colours together especially in the mane~

So this is a super adorable Teacup Kirin I'm trying to adopt from AmaDoptables@dA link ; isn't she sparkly? XD If I get her I'm naming her Iris after the Goddess of Rainbows/Messenger of the Gods c:
I was gonna draw her in a teacup since she's a Teacup Kirin but then it hid too much of her body and posing was really awkward to draw so I went with this instead XD She's just sorta prancing along with some daisies in her mouth~

I hope I didn't forget anything in the design haha she's real complex to draw XD I needed like...4 layers just for her main coat and markings! Didn't know what colour her hooves were so I made them white like her horns.

I don't draw things with hooves very often since their legs throw me off sometimes though recently I've been sketching lots of hooved things and I think I'm getting better c: I actually really like goats, deer, kirin, etc XD

Patterns are so much fun to use in BGs! XD haha and I found a use for that dot pattern I made last time on an earlier pic, but didn't end up using as well c: haha and again I ended up spending a ton of time playing with different combos of stuff for the BG to get things just right, but I'm glad I spent the time since I think it looks really pretty now~ :"D

And as with my usual habit since I like to develop things I'm trying to adopt into charas, here's a little bit about her (no need to really read this it's just become habit for me to put some info when I'm applying for adopts)

Iris is a calm, peaceful girl. She loves nothing more than to just relax in a meadow between the flowers and enjoy their sweet fragrance. A day spent watching the clouds race by in a soft sunny spot, walking through the woods, or listening to the sound of a stream as it flows is enough for her to call it a good day. Be it rain or shine, hot or cold, she'll always look on the bright side of things and find the silver lining whatever the situation. She loves all of nature and does her best to protect it from those who disrespect it. She is too small to really do much about pollution or other destruction of nature, but when she can she does do her best to help. Any injured creature she happens upon immediately is taken in and cared for as her own even if said creature is larger than herself.
