This pic took between 20 and 30 hours. I sketched the whole thing on an A3 piece of paper, outline it with ink pens and added some basic marker layers. Unfortunately I didn't have all the marker colours that I needed so I had to improvise..... A LOT!

I dislike some colour concepts that I was forced to used and in the end I rushed many details but I'm still very happy with the outcome.

The picture here is just a photo of the original work (that's why some colours are washed out and so on.) I couldn't get a better picture for now but I'll try to scan this piece as soon as possible.

The scenery shown features my alien species, the Moliar, within their homeplanet (a small desert planet filled with tons of caves and tunnels).
