This is a traditionally drawn and colored piece. I used a Sakura Pigma Brush pen for the linework, Prismacolor markers for the flat base colors, with shading and hues laid down with colored pencils (Prismacolors, primarily.) There's a tiny touch of white watercolor in there too.
