Tucana by Akysi

Tucana

Akysi

A bit of a smaller upload today, but another finished WIP nonetheless! This is Tucana, the youngest member of the Southern Birds (Phoenix’s dance group). Primarily under the care of Pavo, Tucana likes to imitate a lot of the different styles of the other members, but favours baton twirling herself. She can catch it in her beak or balance it on top, or catch it in the folds of her wing feathers. She’ll perform for anyone who asks, but still has to practice with her group of course! Would you watch her dance if given the chance? :)

The constellation symbol for Tucana was originally designed by Denis Moskowitz and released to the public domain. https://www.suberic.net/~dmm/astro/constellations_t.html

Ahh, I remember when there was a baton fad with my sisters back in the 90s ^^; Even I tried it out when I was young, but we were never very good with them x3

Cute though! You don't see Cyan feet very often. And... Is she throwing her 'spots' into the air? x3

It's glitter/confetti! :) And yeah there's some toucans that have cyan/blue feet so I thought that would look nice in the colour scheme ^^
