Frou-Fry!

A cute loveable lizard from the DragonQuest series of games :3
I can't remember but I think the Frou-Fry specifically debuted in the Monsters spin-off, and was an addition to the equally weak and just as cute Argon Lizard.

I love these guys, the way they walk is so silly and they have these HUGE fan-like frills, and big gaping maws with a nice cavernous throat at the back, and looooong tails, raptor arms, and a big rounded belly x3
