The Obsidian Spire, home to the owner of the Halo armor equipped with the time control matrix, and gateway to the trials for the other Halos. This spire is a key locations featured in the story The Wolves of Luna. Many sections of the spire also constantly rotate when the spire is active as seen in the pic. The spire is also surrounded by rotating Neural Crystals with a sphere of Blood Stone at the top of the spire, as well as more Blood Stone in the main room of the spire.
