Creates a small, spherical vortex that pulls at passing magic for up to three rounds. When a spell is used to cast a ranged touch attack, and that attack enters or passes through the square that the Vacuus Orb occupies, it receives -1 to its attack roll, as the vortex may cause it to veer off course, or disappear altogether. This penalty applies to all spell-based ranged touch attacks that enter or pass through the orb's square, friendly or enemy.

When a second application of this spell is cast, the prior Vacuus Orb will disappear.
