Assuming Ace is the victim at hand this is pretty much a guaranteed spot. The first stomach may fill with liquid, but it is not harmful to it's content, unless you are some sort of microbe. Though it can fill with liquid it often deploys an Aerosol like chemical with the same structure chemically as the liquid to cleanse it's content, for it's trip into the actual stomach which performs said duties for extracting nutrition.

Unless of course you are Ace, then you will most likely go back up rather than down.
