Wish I had the chance to draw similar scenes to this one more often. I believe the picture came out pretty decent. Again the level of quality is Full Color Illustration.

This was a commission for Werefox of him and Jess on a japanese festival that are called matsuri on japan. This goes to my artistic roots when I started drawing anime way way back :P
