There are a lot of websites that have SailorMoon coloring sheets. They're great for printing out, but a bunch of them suck for computers (they're saved in jpeg, and that makes everything fuzzy), so you can't use the magic want to select the white spaces, or fill them with the bucket tool. One website saved them in gif, so that one I was able to.

Anyways, this file is 1200x1800 pixels, broken up by the parts of the body (body, clothes, jewelry, ribbons and hair) and three different hairstyles (usagi, chibiusa, and chibichibi), a blank colored layer, and the original coloring book page I traced for the lineart.
