Do you know why mimicry is the best power?

It's because there is no limit to what you can do. It's because no matter what is thrown at you, there is always something you can throw back. It's because you never lose the element of surprise. It's because within every drop of energy you spend, every spell you cast, every ball of ice or fire or spirit or lightning or whatever you throw, there is diversity. Change. Freedom.

I always say the world is more than black and white, more than fire and ice, more than any two polar opposites, than any one regime. With mimicry, with the ability to use whatever powers you witness, you can be direct, striking with wind and defending with water. You can be subtle, and weave two very different flames into one brilliant core. With mimicry, you can wield as many shades of grey as the world around you.
