The theme for that year's Furry Weekend Atlanta convention was "Furry University." After failing to find an artist familiar with the video game "Rival Schools", I decided to just have a quick badge done by Lazer_the_Hyena.

Aerth is the kind of superhero who is unobtrusive enough to blend in almost anywhere. He could easily be part of a student population in a college, serving semi-secretly as a kind of local hero whenever someone tries to make trouble. Originally I wanted someone to make a dynamic battle scene based off only the concept of the video game "Rival Schools", an old fighter by Capcom. I was willing to pay a lot of money for it too, but no one was even remotely familiar with the game. I guess it didn't make as big of a splash as I had thought back in the 90's.
