kajtaotsu Inspired me to upload my own food dishes after seeing his beautiful cooking, and even better photography skills.

This is my first successful Udon and second attempt outright. This picture is about a year old.

  That's fish cake. Its basically mashed Pollock (or cod for the more expensive kind) that is pressed into that shape. Think of a fish Pringle.
