[For those curious what's happening at the top left.] The sign says "Stop hypnotizing the fish Ataru!". Ataru likes eatting fish and I like them as pets lol.

Design Notes:
-Inspired by: dragonfish, otter, general long giant fish , platypus, axolotl salamander, Ceratioid Anglers, Elasmosaurs and a little spinosaurus thrown in.

-Semi - Aquatic
-can switch genders like certain fish, though likes being feminine genders
-has 3 tongues, the middle thick one is normal. Two slender ones with glowlimg frills are bait lures for fish. They are very long so a pouch has been developed under and behind the jaw.
-dragonfish and spinosaurus inspired mouthand teeth structure
-- long neck , hunting habits like a elasmosaurs
-long slender body is covered in otter or seal like fur, water proof
-front hands are bone like fingers, webbed for padding.
-when on land they walk on the hard bone like pads giving them a bit of a wveryn posture.
-long think otter tail used to motion. Fins on tail help propel forward.
-back legs are webbed otter like, though much thicker

-Can breath under water thanks to Axolotl gills behind its ears
-can breathe air but not from its head or throat. Instead air is received directly through the holes on the side of its chest. Right behind its front arms
-also has a marsupials pouch (will explain that later)

Hunting:
1: Likes to hide in darker waters waiting for schools of fish to swim above. Using its long neck to shoot up at snatch.
2: Using the glowing lures of its tongues it can lure fish closer
3: General cashing and swimming about. Its tail gives it a good forward motion to dart forward. While its slender and flexible body let's it move easily around things.
