The sun slowly appears through the window, casting its light across the room, a yellow glow on the back wall. A herald of a new day, illuminating what remains of the night as it warms and beckons.

You watch as he stirs, and opens one eye, almost silhouetted against the glare as he lazily flicks his tail across at you, paws still clutching the pillow. Slowly, he smiles, his memory beginning to wander back.

"Ah... good morning..."

Well, this is a picture I rather enjoy for a few reasons. Ceylon, of course, is a big one - he can be tricky to draw at first, but dammit, I just adore the big Luxray. I also love fur effects, and I tried what I could to make him rather dishevelled for this picture... hm, maybe too subtle, but it's all learning, eh?

Either way, it was fun to come up with and draw, and hey. I'm just a big Luxray fan l3

Now come on. Gotta get that first cuppa of the day, haven't we~
