I usually opt for chicken parmesan instead of meatballs when I make spaghetti. I don't really like ground beef, and ground chicken/turkey doesn't taste the same in meatball form haha.

Illustrated recipe guides are cute! They're just fun to look at, and are like little informative comics.

    For real though, I've never had the chance to have anchovies because literally everyone seems to hate 'em. In my mind they're similar to smelt, and smelt are delicious so??????
