Redraw/update of a drawing of Gwen from May 2013, but with some design changes.

The most noteworthy is the addition of ears-I was unsure if gryphons had ears or not when I first designed her, so I never bothered to give her any. Now she has ears, and I have to say, they make a massive difference for such a small detail.
I also changed her hands from rather generic "furry" hands to something more like talons. Originally, for some reason I didn't draw her with these sort despite gryphons typically having eagle talons on their forelimbs.

Also, general skill improvement and practice and stuff, the usual.
